How to get PolySnipe after you buy
Six quiet steps. Then the bot is on your machine, and the private room knows you paid.
Buying PolySnipe is a short path, and it does not start by creating a login on this website. Checkout sits on the store. What comes back is an email, a customer access portal, a Discord invite, and a specific way to open the private channels. If you know those six steps before you pay, nothing after the receipt is a surprise.
The bot itself still runs on your computer. This page is only about how the purchase turns into a download, updates, and support. The product — markets, strategies, and the local cockpit — is described on the Polymarket sniper bot page.
The six steps
- 1
Buy PolySnipe on the store
You pay $49 once on the PolySnipe product page. Checkout is handled by the store, not by an account you create on this website. It is a digital product, delivery is instant, and there is no monthly renewal to cancel. The regular price is $79 while the launch offer is $49.
- 2
Open the email from checkout
The store sends an email to the address you used to pay. That email is the start of access. It contains the link to your customer access portal. If it is not in the inbox after a few minutes, check spam and the promotions tab before assuming the order failed. The receipt from the store is the record of the payment.
- 3
Download the bot and later updates from the portal
The customer access portal is where you download PolySnipe for Windows, macOS, or Linux. The same portal is where newer builds are posted, so an update does not mean a new checkout. Lifetime updates are included in the $49 payment. Install the build on a machine you control, then use the setup wizard to connect it to your own Polymarket account.
- 4
Use the Discord invite in that email
The delivery email also includes a Discord invite. Anyone can join the public server for free, and buyers receive the invite with the order so the next step is one click. Joining the server is not the same as entering the private channels. The public rooms are for general questions. Customer rooms come after the order id is checked.
- 5
Message the admin with your order id
Inside Discord, message the admin and send the order id from your purchase. That id is how a Discord account is matched to a real order. Send it as a direct message. Do not paste an order id, a receipt, or payment details into a public channel.
- 6
Enter the private channels and get direct support
After the order id is confirmed, you are added to the private channels. Other buyers use those channels to share strategies and what they have learned while running the bot. You can also reach the person who built PolySnipe for direct support. The free server stays open for questions from people who have not bought. The private side is for customers.
Why access is an email, not a new account
The marketing site sells the bot. It does not store your wallet, and it does not double as a customer database you log into. The store already has your payment and your email. Using that email as the delivery channel means the portal link and the Discord invite arrive together, tied to the order you just paid. You will not be asked to invent a second password here before you can download anything.
Keep the email. The portal link is how you return for updates months later without buying again. Lifetime updates are part of the one-time price, and they are files in that portal, not a new invoice. If you change machines, you download the build again from the same place.
What you do on your own machine
The download is a Go build for Windows, macOS, or Linux. The wizard then connects PolySnipe to your Polymarket account and sets the first strategy. Keys stay on that machine. Nothing in this access flow uploads a wallet to us, and we do not run the bot on your behalf. If the computer sleeps, the bot sleeps with it. That is the self-hosted model, and it is the same model described in the product tour.
Most people start with the strategy that is already active, leave the other seven off, and use active days and active hours once they have a journal to look at. You do not need a second purchase to add the fifteen-minute market. A second instance, from another folder, is a configuration step. Support can walk through that with you after your order id is confirmed.
Free Discord and private channels are different rooms
The invite in the email opens the public server. That server is also free for people who have not bought anything. Use it to ask general questions before you pay. It will not, by itself, put you in the private channels.
Private channels open when you message the admin with the order id. The id proves the Discord account belongs to a buyer. Other customers use those channels to compare strategies and to share what they have learned running the bot. Direct support from the creator lives there too. A public message that contains an order id is the wrong place for that proof — send a direct message, and leave receipts out of open rooms.
If you only want to ask something and you are not ready to buy, skip the order-id step and use the free Discord. The invite on that page is the public one.
If the email is missing
Start with the inbox of the address you paid with, then spam, then the store receipt. The receipt confirms the payment even when the delivery mail is slow. If the portal link or the Discord invite is still absent, join the public Discord and ask an admin. Tell them the email you paid from. Do not post card details, wallet keys, or the full receipt in a public channel.
The price, what is included, and what is not included are on the pricing page. Refund terms are in the refund policy. Common objections — coding, operating systems, whether the payment renews — are collected in the Q&A.
