End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and PolySnipe Bot ("Licensor") for the use of PolySnipe Bot (the "Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and payment of the applicable one-time license fee, Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Install and run one active runtime instance of the Software on hardware you own or control.
  • Access, read, and modify the source code for personal use in accordance with the open-source license accompanying the source files.
  • Receive updates and new versions of the Software at no additional cost, as long as the license remains in good standing.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or transfer the Software or your license key to any third party.
  • Offer the Software as a hosted service, SaaS product, or managed bot service to third-party users.
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices, license headers, or attribution references in the source code.
  • Use the Software to develop a competing commercial product without a separate commercial license agreement.
  • Share your license key publicly or allow multiple users to operate bots simultaneously under a single license.

3. Open Source Components

The Software may incorporate open-source libraries and components. Each such component is governed by its own license terms, which are included in the repository. Your rights and obligations under those licenses are separate from this EULA.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all intellectual property rights in the Software, including the name "PolySnipe Bot", the logo, the website, and any proprietary portions of the codebase. This EULA does not convey any ownership interest to you.

5. Updates and Support

Your one-time license includes access to future updates and a direct support channel for as long as the product is actively maintained. Support is provided on a best-effort basis and does not include guaranteed response times or coverage for issues caused by your custom modifications.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR PROFIT GENERATION. THE SOFTWARE IS A TECHNICAL TOOL — IT DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY TRADING OUTCOMES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THIS EULA SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR TRADING LOSSES, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Terms of Service and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings.

12. No Affiliation Disclaimer

PolySnipe Bot is an independent, third-party software product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Polymarketor any other exchange, blockchain protocol, or data provider referenced in this software or on this website, including but not limited to Binance, Bybit, Coinbase, Deribit, and Chainlink. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners.
