PolySnipeBot

Step 5 · Community

Ask us on the free Discord

Come in before you spend a dollar. The room is free. The private channels are not.

If you still have a question, ask it in the public Discord before you buy anything. The invite is free. You do not need an order, a portal login, or a receipt to join. Setup questions, which markets the bot trades, whether you have to code, and how access works after payment — those belong in the open server, and you can put them to an admin directly.

Join the free Discord

360+ people are already in that server. It is a community room, not a paid signal service, and joining it does not place you in the private channels. Those channels are for customers. The public rooms are for deciding whether PolySnipe fits the way you trade.

Two levels, on purpose

The free level is this server. Read what is public, ask the admins, and leave if the bot is not for you. Nobody checks an order id at the door. That is intentional. A question you can ask before paying should not require a purchase.

The customer level starts after checkout. The delivery email includes a Discord invite — the same community — and your order id is on the store receipt. You message the admin with that order id, in a direct message, and the admin matches it to the purchase. After that check you are added to the private channels. Other buyers use them to share strategies and what they have learned while running the bot. Direct support from the person who built PolySnipe is there too.

Posting an order id in a public channel is not how access is granted, and it exposes a receipt you do not need to expose. The direct message is the whole mechanism. The six-step version of checkout, email, portal, invite, order id, and private channels is on how to get PolySnipe.

What to ask if you have not bought

Does it run on your system? Do you need to code? Which BTC windows does it trade? Is the payment really once? Where do downloads and updates live? Those answers are also written down: the product page for what the bot is, the pricing page for the $49 launch offer, and the Q&A for the short form. Discord is for the question that is specific to your setup, or for the one you would rather ask a person.

You will not be handed a private strategy channel for showing up. Strategy notes from other buyers, and one-to-one help from the creator, are the part that follows a confirmed order. If someone in a public room offers you that access without an order id, they are not describing how this server works.

What buyers use it for

A new customer usually needs two things after the download: the setup wizard, and a person if a step in that wizard is unclear. Direct support is the second one. The private channels are also where configuration gets compared — which of the eight strategies to leave off, how people set active hours, and how a second instance covers the other BTC window. That conversation stays off the public server so the free room does not turn into a dump of customer settings.

Support does not trade for you, and it does not move your keys onto our machines. The bot remains self-hosted. Discord is where you ask how to point it, not where the orders are sent.

What the free server will not do

It will not hand you a profitable setting, a copy of someone else’s size, or a promise about the next BTC window. PolySnipe is software. The people in the server can explain how a strategy is meant to be used. They are not a signal desk, and a message that frames the bot as guaranteed income is not how this product is sold. If that is what you are looking for, the bot is the wrong tool. If you want to know whether it runs on your machine and what happens after you pay, ask that plainly.

Admins can point you to the written pages when the answer is already stable: markets and strategies on the product page, the six access steps, the price, and the Q&A. Use the server for the part those pages cannot see, such as an error during the wizard or a question about whether your schedule makes sense before you turn a second strategy on.

Telegram is a side door, not the support path

There is also a Telegram channel at t.me/polycopypro. Use it if you want another place to follow along. Order ids, private channels, and direct support are handled on Discord. If you are choosing one link to open today, open the Discord invite above.

This page does not take you to checkout. When you already know you want the bot, the pricing page has the $49 button. Stay here if you would rather ask first.
