Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. All Sales Are Final
PolySnipe Bot is a source code software product delivered electronically upon purchase. The moment your order is confirmed, you receive access to the full Go source code and your license key. Because source code is inherently irrevocable once delivered, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once access has been granted.
This policy is consistent with standard practice for source code and digital software products. By purchasing, you explicitly acknowledge that you are buying a digital product for which the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download or access has been provided.
2. What You Are Buying
Before purchasing, ensure you understand what is included:
- Full Go source code for PolySnipe Bot
- A single-user license key
- Access to future software updates
- Direct support channel
Screenshots, feature descriptions, and documentation are available on this website prior to purchase. There is no hidden functionality or undisclosed limitation. If you have pre-purchase questions, contact us through Discord or Telegram before buying.
3. Exceptions (Non-Delivery or Duplicate Billing Only)
The only situations in which we will review a claim are:
- Genuine non-delivery: You completed payment and were charged, but never received any download link, license key, or access credentials. Contact us first — this is almost always resolvable within a few hours.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error on the payment processor's side.
In both cases, contact us through the support channel provided with your purchase with your order ID and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days.
4. Not Eligible for Any Claim
The following situations are explicitly excluded from any form of remedy:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Trading losses or unsatisfactory trading performance
- The bot did not behave as you personally expected
- Incompatibility with your local environment or network configuration
- You chose not to use the software after purchasing
- Dissatisfaction with strategy results in live or paper trading
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will result in your license key being permanently revoked and your account being blocked from future purchases. We maintain detailed records of all deliveries and will represent the transaction accordingly with the payment processor.
