Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using PolySnipe Bot ("the Software") provided by PolySnipe Bot ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Software you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to engage in financial trading activities in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws regarding prediction-market trading and the use of automated trading software.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the EULA, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software for your personal, non-commercial trading activities. This license does not permit redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or offering the Software as a service to third parties.

3. No Financial Advice

The Software is a technical automation tool. Nothing on this website or within the Software constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All trading decisions are made by you. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of the Software.

4. Trading Risk Disclosure

Prediction-market trading and cryptocurrency trading carry substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results. You may lose all capital you deploy. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the compiled portions of the Software beyond what is permitted by the open-source license.
  • Use the Software to circumvent any exchange's terms of service, rate limits, or security controls.
  • Redistribute, resell, rent, or sublicense the Software or your license key to any other party.
  • Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

The Software source code is made available under the terms of its open-source license. The PolySnipe Bot name, logo, and associated branding are our intellectual property and may not be used without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. No Affiliation Disclaimer

PolySnipe Bot is an independent, third-party software product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to Polymarket or any other exchange, protocol, or platform referenced on this website, including but not limited to Binance, Bybit, Coinbase, Deribit, and Chainlink. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. References to third-party platforms are for descriptive purposes only.
